Joel helped me mid-covid (the worst of times!) to sell my house and find another one. I needed to downsize and due to a job change I really needed to maximize the sale of my property which at the time lots of realtors wanted me to do a ton of high end staging (it was a large home in a bit of an affluent neighborhood) that could cost upwards of $50k with all this talk of selling for so much more. I interviewed quite a few realtors and I just appreciated Joel's approach. He was always calm and transparent. He took a far more realistic approach to how to market my home and did all the leg work to find me another home close enough to work but in a less expensive neighborhood. Joel was accessible around the clock and talked me off the "ledge" several times. My experience too was that Joel treated every client the same way... regardless of your budget. He understood the local market well and seemed to have really good rapport with other agents and financing contacts. Great experience and now I recommend Joel to all my friends.
